(Sal 91, 3).

State of Telengana being cradle of HIV/AIDS since 2004 where we take care of HIV affected children,  COVID-19 also created a threat to the public health care and required to take more restriction measures, increased surveillance, restrictions on daily living and on public participations. The people were arranged in a social distance and Parish priest prayed over the people and food packs before it was distributed to them. We heard People asking each other what is it?, what is it ?they were not known the food items which enclosed in the sack ,each other people asked what is  it?

The whispering sound of the poor created an experience of the “Manna in the desert “. COVID-19 epidemic nevertheless brought forth a God experience in the life of the poor at Bejjanki  x Road.

The Corona relief food distribution brought a apostolic solidarity and sense of fraternity despite caste and creed. Despite all the religion, creed and cast formed an ecumenical unity at the entrance of the Pallottine community “Krupa Bhavan”.

People exclaimed “Esaya’-My Jesus”. At the crucial point of the life of the people our Pallottine mission paved the true spirituality and charism of St.Vincent Pallotti in the given society on given time in the heart of the Christians and non  christians. With the collaboration of Local Parish Priest and local leaders, the day made ever memorable through distribution of the COVID-19Food Kits a day of Manna.

A thousand may fall at your side ,ten thousand at your right hand , but it will not  come near to you (Ps:91:7) We thank the almighty for the protection  under the shadow of His wings, all through the implementation of our apostolate task in the midst of the vulnerable people during COVID-19, God was our strength and our shield. The angel of God had taken special in charge over us. Our sincere prayer for the World is:

”Say to the Lord My refuge and my fortress
My God in whom I trust”
Surely He will rescue you from the fowler‘s snare
And from the destroying plague,
He will shelter you with His pinions
And  under His wings you shall take refuge,
His faithfulness is protecting shield” (Ps: 91, 3-4).
