In questo gioioso giorno, in cui celebriamo la festa dell'Immacolata, noi suore della Provincia Sacra Famiglia, ci rallegriamo e ringraziamo Dio per il dono della vita e della vocazione della nostra giovane consorella: Sr.Ancy Joseph e per le 5 novizie del secondo anno: Brijita Hasda, Nobina Momin, Simi Charly, Slerina Marak e Sushma Kanchrla che hanno compiuto un passo audace nel consacrarsi nella nostra Congregazione, per il servizio di Dio e della Chiesa secondo il nostro Carisma e Spiritualità Pallottina.

La comunità di Mysore ha organizzato con gioia questa giornata per ringraziare e lodare Dio per il dono della loro vita e della loro vocazione nella nostra Congregazione. Abbiamo iniziato la giornata con un momento di preghiera, guidata dalle novizie del primo anno. L'intera Comunità insieme a Sr. Lucy Thomas, la superiora provinciale, la vice provinciale Sr. Judy Cheruvally, le aspiranti, le novizie e le sorelle ospiti della Congregazione CTC del Kerala, erano presenti alle 7 del mattino nella cappella per invocare le benedizioni più elette di Dio su queste nostre piccole Sorelle. Il gruppo che ha animato il momento di preghiera è stato molto creativo.

Con la loro animazione hanno fatto riflettere tutte noi sulla nostra chiamata e sulla necessità di essere grati a Dio. Abbiamo pregato anche per suor Ancy, che prende il suo ultimo impegno. Dopo la colazione delle 8 con una breve preghiera e canti di inni a Madre Maria, abbiamo tagliato i capelli alle novizie.

Tutte le suore, le novizie e le aspiranti erano impegnate nella preparazione della messa, nell'accoglienza degli ospiti, ecc.La  Celebrazione Eucaristica è iniziata alle ore 10 dall'ingresso della casa. Sr. Siji P.P è stata la commentatrice della Messa. Ha accolto e invitato tutti all'ingresso e ha impartito l'ordine della processione da seguire. Dopo l'istruzione insieme alle novizie e alla giovane suora professare, i loro genitori, parenti, suore e sacerdoti si sono trasferiti in processione alla cappella. Sr. Judy Cheruvally ha fatto la bella introduzione alla messa.

Il celebrante principale è stato don Valerian Charles Fernandes SAC, rettore provinciale della provincia ABVM – Bangalore. Gli altri 12 sacerdoti presenti hanno concelebrato insieme.L’omelia è stata vibrante e significativa. Attraverso la sua omelia ha istruito tutte noi specialmente le neoprofesse a vaccinarci con la parola di Dio e ad essere immuni per resistere alle tentazioni di questo mondo e poter vivere la vita in purezza di cuore e  in santità come Maria nostra Madre . Sr. Lucy, Superiora Provinciale, ha ricevuto i voti perpetui di Sr. Ancy Joseph ei voti temporanei delle suore neoprofesse.

Il canto angelico delle nostre suore e novizie ha reso più solenne la celebrazione eucaristica. Dopo la comunione, le neo professe hanno espresso la loro gratitudine alla Congregazione, ai loro genitori ea tutti coloro che si erano riuniti. Dopo la benedizione finale tutti i sacerdoti, le suore e le suore neo professe hanno scattato alcune fotografie. Alle 12.30 abbiamo avuto un piccolo programma di congratulazioni a Sr. Ancy Joseph, professa perpetua, alle suore neo professe e ai loro genitori. Sr. Lavita è stata la coordinatrice del programma.

Ha dato il benvenuto sul palco alle neo professe e ai dignitari e si è congratulata con le suore neo professe e con i loro genitori. Poi le neo professe hanno condiviso la loro gioia tagliando la torta. Sr. Lucy ha rivolto il suo messaggio alle suore neo professe. Ci siamo anche congratulati con il Rev. p. Valeria Charles Fernandes SAC, rettore provinciale della provincia ABVM, Pallottini – Bangaore, i parroci delle nostre suore neo professe, p. Charles Joseph il nostro parroco Sr. Lucy Thomas la nostra provinciale e p. John Peter il rettore di Prabbodana.

Dopo aver salutato tutti, Sr. Shiji George, la superiora della comunità, ha ringraziato ancora una volta per l'incontro e ha concluso la cerimonia con grande felicità. Al termine è stato servito il delizioso pasto. Le suore neo professe, i loro genitori e parenti, i sacerdoti invitati, le suore, le candidate, le suore e i padri del nostro quartiere, che provenivano da diverse comunità, erano tutti felici e hanno apprezzato la comunità per il duro lavoro e per l'ospitalità. Dopo il pranzo insieme ai genitori le suore neo professe sono partite per le vacanze in casa.

Celebration of the First Profession 8 December 2021

On this joyful day as we celebrate the feast of Immaculate Conception, we the sisters of the Holy Family Province rejoice and thank God for the gift of the life and Vocation of our junior sister Sr.Ancy Joseph and 5 of our second year novices: BrijitaHasda, NobinaMomin, Simi Charly, SlerinaMarak and SushmaKanchrla who took a daring step to consecrate themselves in our congregation, for the service of God and of the Church according to our Pallottine Charism and Spirituality. 

We the community of Mysore joyfully and systematically organized this day to Thank and praise God for gift of their life and vocation in our congregation. We began the day with a prayer service, lead by the first year novices. The whole Community along with Sr. Lucy Thomas, the Provincial superior, vice provincial Sr. Judy Cheruvally, the aspirants, novices and the guest sisters of CTC congregation from Kerala was present at 7 am in the chapel to invoke God’s choicest blessings upon these our little sisters. The group that animated the prayer service was very creative. With their creative animation they made all of us to reflect on our own call and to be grateful to God. We also prayed for Sr. Ancy, who makes her final commitment. We concluded our prayer at 7.30 am. After the breakfast at 8 o’clock with a short prayer and singing hymns to Mother Mary, we cut the hair of the novices. All the sisters, novices and aspirants were busy in preparing for the mass, welcoming the guests etc. 

The Holy Eucharistic celebration began at 10 am from the entrance of the house. Sr. Siji P. P was commentator for the Mass. She welcomed and invited all to the entrance and instructed the order of the procession to be followed. After the instruction along with the novices and the junior sister to be professed, their parents, relatives, sisters and priests moved in procession to the chapel.  Sr. Judy Cheruvally gave the beautiful introduction for the mass. Fr.Valerian Charles Fernandes SAC, the Provincial rector of ABVM province – Bangalore was the main celebrant. There were 12 other priests who con- celebrated the Holy Mass

His sermon was vibrant and meaningful. Through his homily he instructed all of us specially the newly professed sisters to vaccinate ourselves with the word of God and get immune to resist the temptations of this world and thus we can live our lives in purity of heart and live in holiness like Mary our Mother. Sr. Lucy the Provincial received the perpetual vows of Sr. Ancy Joseph and temporary vows of the newly professed sisters. The angelic singing of our sisters and novices made the Eucharistic celebration more solemn. After the communion, the newly professed sisters expressed their gratitude to the congregation, to their parents and to all those who had gathered.  After the final blessing all the priests, sisters along with the newly professed sisters took some photographs.

At 12.30 pm we had a small felicitating programme to Sr. Ancy Joseph the perpetually professed and to newly professed sisters and to their parents.  Sr. Lavita was the compere of the programme. She welcomed all newly professed and the dignitaries to the dais and felicitated the newly professed sisters and their parents. Then the newly professed shared their joy by cutting the cake. Sr. Lucy addressed her message to the newly professed sisters .We also felicitated Rev. Fr. Valeria Charles Fernandes SAC the Provincial Rector of ABVM province, Pallottines – Bangaore, the Parish Priests of our newly professed sisters,  Fr. Charles Joseph our parish preist Sr. Lucy Thomas our Provincial  and Fr. John Peter the rector of Prabbodana. After felicitating everyone Sr. Shiji George the superior of the community thanked the gathering once again and concluded the felicitation ceremony. 

Then we served the delicious meal at 1.30 pm. The newly professed sisters, their parents and relatives, the invited priests, sisters, candidates and our neighborhood sisters and fathers, who came from different communities, were all happy and appreciated the community for our hard work and hospitality. After the lunch along with their parents the newly professed sisters left for the home holidays.
