To Respond Creatively to God’s Mercy and Compassion through the Model of Mary in the Cenacle : A Pallottine Response to New Evangelization.

The First Provincial Chapter of Holy Family Province of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Catholic Apostolate was started on 27th Tuesday December 2016 at 6.p.m.

The solemn Eucharistic celebration presided over by Most. Rev. Dr.Joseph Kariyil the Bishop of Kochi, concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Augustine Kollencherry SAC and Rev. Fr.Jaifin from the diocese of Kochi.Very Rev. Mother General Ivete Garlet, Rev. Sr. Ligi Thottakath Provincial Superior and Rev. Sr. Jacinta D’Souza Provincial Superior DHM, the facilitator of the chapter preceded along with the delegates and representatives gracefully, with the lamps lighted.

The Chapter Logo was unveiled by Rev.Mother General during the Holy Mass. During the Day of Recollection on 28th December 2016, Rev. Fr. Augustine Kollencherry inflamed us by developing the Theme of the Chapter.

On 29thDecember 2016 we entered into the great event of the First Provincial Chapter in which Very Rev. Mother Ivete Garlet addressed the gathering and declared the First Provincial Chapter of Holy Family Province opened. Rev. Sr. Ligi Thottakath, Provincial Superior of Holy Family Province gave the key note address.

Followed by the message from very Rev. Sr. Vittorina D’Imperio the Provincial Superior of Regina Apostolorum Province, Italy. The presentation of reports, sessions, and the developments on the Theme, study and approval of the Directory for Experimentation ,group discussions, choosing the priorities and Action Plans and celebrations of liturgy, encouraged us to be one in the Spirit and go forward with the renewed spirit of Charism of our Father Founder.

The Provincial Chapter was concluded at the declaration by Mother General followed by the installation of the new Provincial Regime in the Thanksgiving Mass.
